To change your account from a Free Trial account to a Subscription, or to increase or decrease the number of hashtags available for following on your existing subscription, do one of the following:

1. While logged in to your Hashtracking account, select Service from the My Account menu on the upper right. Click on Edit Service and then click on Change Plan. You will be prompted to select a new service level and re-enter your billing information.
2. While logged in to your Hashtracking account, click on Pricing in the main navigation menu, then select your new plan level. You will be prompted to re-enter your billing information.

If you are upgrading from a trial account to a subscription, you will be charged the monthly subscription price once you upgrade your account. If you are upgrading or downgrading from one subscription level to another, you will be billed or for the remainder of your billing month for the highest level of service you have subscribed to during that billing cycle, and then billed the new amount at the start of your next billing cycle.
