Hashtracking paid Pro accounts (Bronze and higher) use Teams to help you manage the hashtags you're tracking as well as the colleagues or friends whom you allow to view and interact with your hashtag data.

If you're a paid Pro user, when you first sign up for Hashtracking with a user account, a Team will be created for you.  You can choose to name your Team (to avoid confusion if you work with multiple Teams); you can change the Team name by clicking on My Account >> My Teams and selecting Edit Team.  

If you would like to invite other users to interact with or just view your Hashtracking data, you can add them to your Team.  You can do this by selecting Manage Users from the My Teams page. 

You may belong to multiple Teams, as follows:

• You will be the Owner of one Team (the Team you create when you create a Hashtracking account)
• You may be invited to be an Admin on another Team (such as that of a marketing partner - so you can help to manage their Hashtracking data)
• You may have Read-only access to a Team (if someone wants to share a report with you privately, without sending out a public link)
