- Following/tracking a hashtag is a lot like following a twitter user. Once you start following, you receive all the tweets that contain that particular hashtag. Hashtracking cannot go back in time. Your hashtag data starts accumulating at the moment you begin following the Hashtag.
- You can view the statistics for the hashtag for the entire time you have been following the hashtag by visiting your “My Trackers” pags and clicking on the hashtag’s Analytics button.
- You will create specific time windows in Step 2, when you create a Report.
NOTE: When initially setting up Hashtags to follow with Hashtracking, there is usually no need to set specific start and end times. This is done via reports.
