Our new and improved searchable hashtag transcripts allow you to search and filter your hashtag transcripts by specific terms/word, Twitter users or other Hashtags. You can either include or exclude.when you search. We can come up with dozens of use cases for this. Here are a few:

  • See what the most popular contributors on a Hashtag had to say
  • Eliminate off topic tweeters from the transcript
  • Quickly and easily sift for tweets containing additional Hashtags
  • Create a transcript of all the tweets containing a particular keyword, or words like “love” or “hate”
  • Sort expert/industry leaders tweets to see what “expert” tweeters had to say
  • Monitor specific user groups/lists of people for conversation themes on a particular Hashtag
  • Follow conversation threads between specific users

You can get at this information faster than ever, as all new transcripts are now easier to view with infinite scrolling. No more paging through the transcript on an active tag.

What do you think of these changes? How will you use them? We can wait to hear from you!
